On Saturday morning 3/22/14, I had a conversation with Chanda Jackson and Crischelle Smith-Grandison about dreams and their interpretation, only to be awakened by one that needs no interpretation. I dreamed that the girls and I pulled into our development and there was a lion on the loose. He approached some kids and played with them, but when he saw us, he went straight in for the kill!!! We outsmarted him by setting traps for him and we eventually found that God had provided a way of escape for us.
I'm one who lives by the motto "Pick your battles." I'm easy to get along with because I genuinely feel like it's easier to just compromise on some things. There are some battles that I won't pick because sometimes it's easier to just give in, or because I feel like I can't win them, or because it's simply not that important to me. Conversely, there are some times when I encounter something that requires me to fight with everything in me - with the God in me! The God in me finds it easy to demonstrate his power! The God in me can win EVERY battle and has already won the war and overcome the world. The God in me deems me important enough to fight for. This battle picked me, and I WILL win it!!! I will come out victorious!!!
