A bit
overwhelmed by the weight of my assignment...Not in a bad way! Perhaps
overwhelmed isn't the right word...awestruck may be more appropriate. I
had some conversations with some of my former students who are now in
the 25 - 30 age range. It's amazing to hear how much they remember and to realize
the impact that I made on their lives without always realizing it. With
some, I tried HARD to make a difference,
but I walked away feeling that I'd barely even scratched the surface. With
others, my mere presence made the difference and inspired them simply
because I looked like them or was related to them or came from where
they came from. It's humbling to realize that God chose little ole me to
impact a generation. That is what's overwhelming. I'm honored to have
been and continue to be used as His vessel of honor. To all my students,
past, present and future, thank you! May something that God has given
me resonate, awaken and inspire something in you and may you pay it
forward! #EachOneTeachOne! Have a phenomenally blessed day...today and always!
